I began photographing Orbs and UFOs for this twelve day project in my back garden at dawn in October 2008. Between 10th and 21st October 2008, for 12 consecutive days, I photographed at dawn and dusk. I took just over 1000 photographs in that time. What I consider to be the clearest photos are posted below.
EQUIPMENT & METHOD
For the purposes of this project, I photographed at dawn and dusk. I used my family digital camera - an inexpensive Concord (model 6430z) 6.0 megapixels and sometimes a Cannon Powershot 7.4 megapixel digital. I haven't used ultra-violet or infra-red filters. With such low light being emitted at dawn and dusk, my flash goes off on auto. It seems that that is enough.
Day 1 - Dawn Photo 1

Just as dawn's light broke, I shot this photo. In the bottom right you can see the orb. It was taken facing East, in the same spot as the "Three Orbs Dusk photo" on the same day.
Close upDay 1 - Dusk Photo 1

Look at about 1 o'clock in the sky. The Orb is clearly visible. This picture was shot on a 6 megapixel digital camera facing West at dusk - no filters.
Day 1 - Dusk photo 2

Three Orbs in this picture, taken without any filters or enhanced features. Photographed at dusk.
Day 1 - Dusk Photo 2.1

I was curious, so using photoshop I added a light fill, and incandescent light to the three Orbs picture. Now you can see the stars in the background, and more of the Orbs.
Day 1 - Dusk Photo 2.2

Three Orbs in this picture, taken without any filters but enhanced with white light and incandescent features on photoshop, which now bring up the starlit sky.
Day 1 - Dusk photo 3

Facing South-West, this photo was shot with a Concord 6 megapixel digital camera - no enhancement, just flash.
Day 1 - Dusk photo 3.1

Facing South-West, this photo was shot with a Concord 6 megapixel digital camera . It has photoshop white balance and fill light added to enhance the Orb image.
